New on the Balcony Bar and Restaurant Menu: King George Whiting, a one of Australia’s top fish for eating. This fish is ocean-caught, with a pearly white colour and a fine, flaking texture. The fish’s subtle flavours are enhanced by any one of our magnificent wines. Bookings are not required at the Balcony Bar and Restaurant, but it is a good idea to book to ensure prompt seating.
